ECHOCHAT NETWORK is an application that uses Bluetooth low energy (BLE) for communication between mobile phones. Its objective is to provide a way for users to communicate even when there is no wifi or data network available. Users can communicate directly with individuals or with a group using the chat room feature.
In order to spread the messages in the chat room, each ECHOCHAT NETWORK user acts as channel to promote the messages received in the chat room. This wil allow the messages to be promoted much faster without the need to connect to wifi or data network.
ECHOCHAT NETWORK uses GPS to identify your location when sending messages.
Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
